Upon completion, the technician submits documentation to the designated manager in order to ensure that the service performed is on record.
Also, the technician is trained to dialogue with management about any conditions that exist that are noteworthy such as unsafe conditions or equipment broken due to improper usage or poor daily maintenance.
In-service training, when and if needed, is provided to ensure the operator understands how to properly use and maintain the equipment since much of the breakdowns experienced with today's equipment is often a result of improper use.
